In continuation of my Confidential Despatch of

the 16th. ultimo, I have the honour to transmit the accompanying copy of a letter, with its enclosure, addressed by the Consul- -General for the United States of America to the Colonial Secretary on the subject of Indian agitators in Mmila.

The letter referred to in Mr. Ferguson's letter

as signed by B.S. Jakh was signed by Dose (Dost) Mahomed who gave B. S. Jakh's address as c/o J.P.M. Tokio, Japan, and was dated 22nd

July, 1915.
